The National Football League and the Pro Football Hall of Fame released a prestigious list of the top players throughout the last decade.
Two former Longhorns were selected as the best players at their respective positions since 2010. Kicker Justin Tucker and safety Earl Thomas were both included on the roster.
The list includes 52 players and two head coaches, highlighted by playmakers such as Tom Brady, Adrian Peterson, and Aaron Donald. Tucker was one of just eight players unanimously voted to the squad.

The accolades continue to pile on for Thomas, as he was recently named the top safety of the last decade by Pro Football Talk. Throughout his professional career he’s been a seven-time Pro Bowler, Super Bowl Champion, three-time First-Team All-Pro and two-time Second-Team All-Pro selection.
Tucker has arguably been one of the most consistent players in the NFL. His career field goal percentage is 90.8, making him the most accurate kicker in NFL history with a minimum of 100 attempts.
For six straights seasons with the Ravens, Tucker never missed an extra point attempt. It doesn’t appear that he’s slowing down, showcasing one of his best individual seasons in 2019 with 28 field goals made on 29 attempts. Tucker is a four-time First-Team All-Pro selection, Super Bowl Champion and Second-Team All-Pro selection.
The Texas duo reunited in Baltimore when Thomas agreed to a whopping four-year, $55 million contract with the Ravens last year.
