The Texans also filled a void left when secondary coach Anthony Midget took the same job with the Tennessee Titans and the Texans simply promoted assistant secondary coach D’Anton Lynn to replace Midget. Houston hired former Indiana State cornerbacks coach Deon Broomfield as a defensive assistant.
