9 Bills on roster bubble who need a big final week of training camp

Nine players on the roster bubble still who need a big week of practice before 2020 cutdown day at training camp.

LB Vosean Joseph

It hasn’t been a great look so far for Vosean Joseph at training camp. After missing his entire rookie season due to a shoulder issue in 2019, Joseph was expected to come in and be part of the grouping of guys that will replace Lorenzo Alexander’s skill set. Various reports out of training camp actually say that Tyrel Dodson is potentially doing a better job so far, though. Dodson has also lined up as a mike linebacker and on the outside, too. That’s versatility the Bills will like, so Joseph has to prove his worth. He didn’t look great in a couple of scrimmage highlights from last week, either.

WR Robert Foster

Another bummer to put on the roster bubble list, but it’s true. After bursting onto the scene in 2018, Robert Foster took a massive step back last season. Fast forward to now, and Foster’s spent a big chunk of training camp on the sideline due to a concussion. Foster is currently reading as a guy the Bills will either trade or lose for nothing later this week. He seems doubtful to slip onto the practice squad after his 2018 season… somebody will take a filer on that. But above all else, hopefully he’s healthy and get an opportunity to do his thing this week.
