New York Jets
Jets have interest in Thomas still
The Jets and Patriots pulled off a rare trade last season within the division which landed New York wide receiver Demaryius Thomas. Thomas went on to play in 11 games last year, but it wasn’t one to remember for the former All-Pro wideout. He only recorded 36 receptions for 433 yards and one touchdown. He’s now a free agent, and the team is reportedly looking to to bring him back.
The Jets are thin at wide receiver. Breshad Perriman is expected to be the Jets’ No. 1 receiver with Denzel Mims on the opposite side. In the slot, Jamison Crowder is back for his second season after a strong showing in 2019. Thomas could be an experienced option behind those three.
In his career, Thomas has played three games against the Bills, recording 12 catches for 185 yards. However, none of those games came with the Jets as he missed both meetings vs. the Bills in 2019. All three of those were from his time with the Broncos.
