Who is Keith O’Quinn? Well he’s the Dallas special teams coordinator, of course. Week to week, we’ll barely know other team’s offensive or defensive coordinators, so why mention the special teams coordinator? Well, he’s under fire.
On Nov. 24, the Cowboys ranked 26th in field goal percent, 27th in punt return average, last in kick return average, last in gross punt average, last in net punt average, 21st in opponent kick return average, and dead-last in both blocking kick varieties (field goal and punt).
So yeah, things aren’t going well there. According to Cowboys Wire, a report says bad outing from O’Quinn’s unit against the Bills could get him fired. Special teams could be a difference-maker for Buffalo on Thursday. Keep an eye on All-Pro returner Andre Roberts for Buffalo.
