Our friends at Draft Wire recently published a new seven-round 2020 NFL mock draft and the Denver Broncos land several key prospects in the mock.
Of note, the Broncos secure two wide receivers — Alabama’s Henry Ruggs (No. 15) and Tennessee’s Marquez Callaway (No. 237) — and three offensive linemen: Washington’s Trey Adams (No. 46), Oregon’s Calvin Throckmorton (No. 118) and Texas Tech’s Terence Steele (No. 252).
Denver also selected one defensive lineman — Texas A&M’s Justin Madubuike (No. 77) — and three linebackers: Texas Tech’s Jordyn Brooks (No. 95), Miami’s Jonathan Garvin (No. 181) and Utah State’s David Woodward (No. 254).
The Broncos also landed two defensive backs in the mock draft: Louisiana Tech cornerback Amik Robertson (No. 83) and Iowa safety Geno Stone (No. 178). The mock does not include any trades so Denver ends up with 11 new players and fills several big holes on the roster.
