Sony Michel health update
The Patriots lost their star in Tom Brady this offseason, now the offseason for another one of their remaining offensive playmakers is in some injury trouble.
Patriots Wire notes that reportedly one of their running backs in Sony Michel has had some offseason surgery. It’s said to be a “maintenance-based surgery” on his foot.
The NFL is slated to begin training camps in late July and Michel’s recovery time is still up in the air. His progress will determine if he has to begin training camp on the physically unable to perform list or not. While Michel has only missed three games in his career as he enters his third season, he’s been no stranger to the injury list in his career with knee injuries.
