5-star LSU receiver commit Dakorien Moore says 2025 class will ‘be better than any other LSU teams’

LSU’s 2025 class has the potential to be the best in program history.

The Tigers have the makings of what could be a truly special 2025 class.

They already hold commitments from nine prospects including top quarterback (and No. 1 overall prospect) [autotag]Bryce Underwood[/autotag], top running back [autotag]Harlem Berry[/autotag] and top receiver [autotag]Dakorien Moore[/autotag].

With a trio of elite five-star prospects in tow, the class currently ranks third nationally per 247Sports and first per On3.

There’s a long time between now and signing day, and as we’ve seen, it will be a battle to the finish line to keep these players on board. But if the Tigers can close out the class nicely, it would have the potential to be one of the best the program has ever landed.

Moore went as far as guaranteeing it. He said that the group, headlined by himself, Underwood and Berry, would accomplish things no other LSU team has before.

Given the fact that we’re only a few years removed from the 2019 LSU team that many consider to be the greatest of all time, that is certainly a tall order.

But it’s also the kind of confidence LSU should want to see from Moore, who committed back in August and hasn’t wavered, helping to pull Berry, who committed on Jan. 3, and Underwood, who committed on Jan. 6.
