5 things to watch for in Florida’s Week 4 matchup with Tennessee

The Gators are facing their third top-20 opponent in four weeks. Here’s what the Florida faithful should look for against Tennessee.

After an ugly win in Week 3 against the USF Bulls, the Florida Gators are on the road for the first time in 2022 to face the Tennessee Volunteers.

UF’s first clash with an SEC opponent this season didn’t go so well, but Billy Napier and company are hoping for better returns this week. The good news is that Florida could be getting some players back from injury, namely linebacker [autotag]Ventrell Miller[/autotag]. His absence was notable last week, and his leadership would come in handy in Knoxville.

Of course, Florida will have to do more than just play good defense to win. [autotag]Anthony Richardson[/autotag] hasn’t been at his sharpest lately, and the Gators don’t stand much of a chance without him at his best. The running back committee has performed very well, but they could only manage a 4-point win over USF. If Richardson doesn’t play well, Florida could get blown out.

Here are five things to look for when Florida and Tennessee meet up on Saturday.
