Backups that stood out

While the Bills’ starting players didn’t play, that gave some great opportunity to other guys all over the place. A few stood out, even.

Those guys included a fan favorite in receiver Duke Williams, along with running back TJ Yeldon, safety Jaquon Johnson, tight end Tommy Sweeney, and to an extent, receiver Isaiah McKenzie, but he also sees time with the starting offense as well.

Williams had a few grabs on plenty of targets, but he did have an ugly third-down drop. Johnson had an interception called back on a penalty, but he had a nice toe-touching catch on the play. Tommy Sweeney flashed his hands numerous times like Williams, too.
