In a deep receiver draft, John Hightower’s level of play will keep him around on the draft board longer, having played in the Mountain West Conference. But Hightower has turned himself into an intriguing option for a potential NFL team.

He’s big at 6-foot-3, but he’s got some burst to him. At the recent scouting combine, he ran a 4.43-second 40-yard dash time. He also finished in the top-10 in the vertical leap (38 inches) and 3-cone drill (7.07 seconds) and top-five in the 20-yard shuttle (4.21 seconds). Of course, he could be considered a raw prospect based on his competition faced, but the Bills have another Mountain West player on their team they’ve helped groom: Josh Allen.
