Versatility strikes again. The Bills have a player in Quinton Jefferson who can do a lot along the defensive line and he’s one of the reasons why Buffalo now might have one of the best defensive fronts in the NFL. This group is very deep and Jefferson can plug holes all over.

Listed as a defensive end, Jefferson could rotate on the outside of the D-line with second-round pick AJ Epenesa, behind Jerry Hughes and Mario Addison. If Ed Oliver goes down at the 3-tech spot on the inside, Jefferson can provide help there, too. Jefferson comes to the Bills via the Seahawks. There, he played a role on a 3-4 front seven at the defensive end spot and jumped inside when a 4-3 D-line was sported. Jefferson’s versatility to move all over the place is a trait the Bills will love, but just naturally Buffalo plays a rotation along the defensive trenches as well, so expect to see a good chunk of Jefferson in 2020.
