Diggs still out
Since it’s the last time we’ll see from the Bills at training camp, it’s certainly important to note that wide receiver Stefon Diggs was once again not practicing on Sunday. Diggs first missed practice when the Bills took the field for their scrimmage last week on Thursday. Afterword the team had some time off, naturally, to heal from some bumps and bruises like any football game.
Diggs is currently dealing with a lower back issue and Buffalo head coach Sean McDermott previously described it as a “soreness” type of injruy. The Bills start their season against the Jets in exactly two weeks. Since the Bills are often vague in reporting details on injuries… it could be two different scenarios unfolding. Could Diggs be seriously hurt? Or could the team want to play it safe, keep him out, and let other depth players get more reps in training camp?
