OT Taylor Moton
Moton is much in the same boat as Samuel. He has performed well since getting picked in the second round of the 2017 NFL draft, but he was selected by a different general manager and he’s also entering the final year of his rookie contract. The issue here is that the offensive tackle class is not nearly as deep as wide receiver and the top four blue-chip prospects are already off the board. Unless they get an offer that’s truly too good to be true, the Panthers should keep Moton and give him an extension.
