The playoff hunt is over for the Raiders, which means their possible draft position just got a whole lot more limited. As long as they were eligible for the playoffs, their draft position was technically as low as 32nd overall.

Now, the lowest draft position they could have 17th overall. While the highest is 15th overall.

Currently, they hold the No. 16 spot, according to Tankathon with a 7-8 record. Should they win the finale and the Cardinals lose, the Raiders would drop to the No. 17 pick. Should they lose and the 49ers win, the Raiders would jump to No. 15. There are several other teams that could finish with the same record, but they would still have a higher draft position based on strength of schedule.

With the current order, the Raiders would also receive the 48th overall pick in the second round and the 80th overall pick in the third round. They also have picks in the 4th and 7th round (exact position will be known after compensatory pick distribution). They traded away their pick in the 5th round and had their 6th round pick taken away for repeated COVID-19 protocol violations.
