Jaylon Johnson, Utah
Johnson did well in man coverage, holding his own in one-on-one battles for much of his career at Utah. He recorded 88 total tackles and seven interceptions for the Utes. Last year, he broke up a career-best 11 passes. Johnson is expected to miss some time over the summer after going through shoulder surgery in early March. If this causes him to fall in the draft, he could be a stellar Day 2 pick at 54. Johnson tied for the third-best in his position group in the 20-yard shuttle, displaying his closing speed, notching a 4.13 second time.

Jeff Gladney, TCU
Gladney is another physical cornerback from this year’s class. He was a First-Team All-Conference selection, recording 31 total tackles, 14 passes defensed, and an interception. He played well in both zone and man coverage systems. A little refinement in his game at the next level will aid him in possibly finding the field as a starter during his rookie season. Gladney recorded the fifth-best vertical jump for his position group at the combine, jumped 37.5 inches.
Idk I just see Ray Buchanan when I watch Jeff Gladney. Size doesn’t matter (6’5 Hakeem Butler) pic.twitter.com/GHNPPJYi3X

Noah Igbinoghene, Auburn
Igbinoghene recorded 42 tackles last season but failed to reel in an interception, which could be concerning. He’s an athletic corner who can match well with receivers in different schemes. But he did switched to cornerback in 2018 from receiver, so he’s still working on learning the intricacies of the secondary. That also could be good news in terms of his interceptions. While he didn’t have one last year, as a former wideout, he clearly has ball skills to a degree. He also provided a spark on kick returns for the Tigers.
