Week 12- Sunday, Nov. 29, 1:00 p.m.: Chargers at Bills

Maybe this game will have some playoff implications for both sides. This is an AFC meeting and the Chargers do have a solid defense. But the bigger storyline we’ll hope for is under center. Is Tyrod Taylor making his return to New Era Field? That’ll be a huge day on the schedule if he is. Well… regardless he’s probably going to be there, but is he starting? Rookie No. 6 overall pick Justin Herbert could very well be taking snaps by Week 12.

Week 13- Monday, Dec. 7, 8:15 p.m.: Bills at 49ers (MNF)

The real measuring stick is right here for Buffalo. OK, we get the Chiefs, but there’s an asterisk a bit. It would still be a big win if the Bills knock off KC, but it’s a short week on Thursday Night Football, and the away team (the Chiefs in this case) usually struggle a bit on that day. However, traveling across the country to face the 49ers, which will be a battle of two top-three defenses. If Buffalo wins this one… watch out, NFL.
