TE Delanie Walker
Age: 35
Chalk this one up to the ol’ Gren Olsen reasoning, except with some injury concerns. Over the last two years combined, Walker has struggled to stay on the field. He’s played eight games in that time span. However, he was very healthy prior to that. The long-time 49ers and Titans tight end played in at least 14 games in 11-straight seasons.
Some think the Bills wanted Olsen for his veteran leadership. Some think the team needed more skill at the position group with Dawson Knox. Walker potentially can give the Bills both as a 14-year vet. Back to his injuries, he was released by the Titans because of an ankle injury, that’ll have to check out.
