DePauw and Wabash are a couple of small schools located roughly 27 miles apart in Western Indiana. They’ve been playing football against each other since 1890 and started playing for this Monon Bell in 1932.
Wabash had won nine of the last ten meetings between the teams entering today and held a late lead, looking very much like they’d make it 10/11.
Trailing by four with 48 seconds left and 62 yards from the promise-land, DePauw went and preyed that Monon Bell back.
