Trent Murphy signed a three-year, $22.5 million contract ahead of the 2018 season. He has missed time due to injuries, but he has the potential to live up to this contract with a strong upcoming season, the final one on this deal. While a big cap hit, Murphy’s dead cap hit, if cut, drops from $6.6 million to $1.75 million this year, making him a potential cut casualty.

The playmaker signed a four-year, $29 million contract to give the Bills a strong option at the slot receiver spot. Cole Beasley looks to be in the fold for three more years. He had a single-season high six touchdowns in his first season in Buffalo.
