Josh Jobe got two starts in 2019 (Duke in Week 1, Michigan in the Citrus Bowl) and the results were mixed. It was encouraging to see him show growth in the bowl game, and the expectation is that he’ll be the pick to start opposite Surtain.

Jobe will need to bring his “A” game with teams expected to avoid Surtain’s side of the field in 2020.
