Zaire Wade, the son of future Hall of Famer Dwyane Wade, announced on Instagram that he will transfer from Sierra Canyon High School to the Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.

Zaire is a three-star prospect and ranked No. 140 in 247Sports’ player rankings in the Class of 2020 but he will be reclassifying to the 2021 class with his postgraduate year.

Zaire played sparingly last season with Sierra Canyon and was upset with his role. Dwyane even went on the record during the NBA on TNT that he would not be attending their final game since Zaire would not be playing in it.

Brewster Academy is a boarding school that has sent several players to the NBA, such as T.J. Warren, Donovan Mitchell, Devonte’ Graham and Jalen Lecque among others.
