While the Celtics have added a new President of Basketball Ops in Brad Stevens and a new head coach in Ime Udoka, the changes within the organization has already began early in the offseason.
As for the roster, former All-Star Kemba Walker has moved on while Al Horford is reunited with the Celtics. But, that’s just the beginning as the Celtics are expected to have a new guard in their back court come 2021.
The time has come for Yam Madar to join the Boston Celtics.
Madar, who was drafted in the second round with the No. 47 pick by the Celtics in the 2020 NBA draft, is set to join the team for the 2021-22 season as well as playing this summer in Las Vegas for the Celtics Summer League team.
In a recent interview with Adam Himmelsbach of The Boston Globe, Madar expressed his excitement to join the Celtics.
