WR Rondale Moore inactive, DL Zach Allen active for Cardinals vs. Patriots

The Cardinals will have Zach Allen in the lineup on defense but Rondale Moore misses his second straight game.

Ninety minutes before the start of the Arizona Cardinals’ Monday night game against the New England Patriots, they released their list of inactive players. As expected, they would not have wide receiver Rondale Moore or offensive lineman Rashaad Coward. Moore was ruled out with a groin injury and Coward was with a chest injury.

But defensive lineman Zach Allen, questionable for the game with an illness that kept him out of Saturday’s practice, is active and will start for the 13th time this season.

Arizona Cardinals’ Week 14 inactives

  • WR Rondale Moore
  • CB Byron Murphy
  • C Charles Washington
  • QB Trace McSorley
  • LB Jesse Luketa
  • OL Rashaad Coward

Moore misses his second straight game. Greg Dortch and Pharoh Cooper will fill his role on offense and in the return game.

Murphy misses his fourth straight game with a back injury. The cornerback rotation without him will be Marco Wilson, Antonio Hamilton and Trayvon Mullen.

Washington was questionable to play with his chest injury.

McSorley and Luketa are healthy scratches.
