The Badgers welcome back a Wisconsin football legend

Before the Badgers took on Ohio State on Saturday night, Wisconsin’s captains were able to walk out with a very special guest under the Camp Randall lights.

Former Wisconsin running back James White was the teams honorary captain on Saturday, as the three-time Super Bowl champion accompanied the Wisconsin players out onto the field for the coin toss.

It was a welcome homecoming for the 2010 and 2013 All-Big Ten First Team performer and 2010 Big Ten Freshman of the Year. White spent 2014-2021 with the Patriots and was recently named to the Patriots All-Dynasty Team. Here is a look at the former Badger leading the team out:
