Paul Chryst and the Wisconsin football program are hot on the recruiting trail in advance of its bowl game later this month.
The program did not receive great news late last week with top 2022 target Billy Schrauth committing to Notre Dame and transfer cornerback Kalon Gervin switching his commitment from Wisconsin to Kansas.
While that was happening, Chryst and company were hard at work in the 2023 class, offering three-star wide receiver Justin Marshall.
Marshall is 247Sports’ No. 91 wide receiver in the class of 2023 and No. 8 player from his home state of Indiana.
Wisconsin is now the third offer for the wide receiver, joining Ball State and Central Michigan.
