After this past weekend in Madison where dozens of college hopefuls attended Wisconsin football’s summer camp, the Badgers have been busy with offer sheets.
Among those offers was 2022 WR/DB Cody Cotton, who announced his PWO offer from Wisconsin this morning.

The 2022 Badger State product plays his high school football at Union Grove. He has played on both sides of the ball, excelling at WR and DB at the high school level.
