Wisconsin G Brad Davison announces his decision for next year

The Badger guard makes his decision

With an extra year of eligibility floating as a possibility for every senior in college basketball, there were decisions to be made for each Wisconsin basketball senior.

Until today, those decisions had all been made aside from Brad Davison’s choice. This morning via Twitter, Davison announced his intent to return to Wisconsin and will be the only member of the senior class to come back to Madison:

As a senior, Davison averaged 10 points per game and 3.5 rebounds while putting together one of the best performances of his career in the NCAA tournament. The Minnesota native dropped 29 points on North Carolina to help the Badgers move on to the second round.

Davison is coming back for a fifth year, but is the age of many college seniors as he started his career younger than most. The Wisconsin guard turns 22 on April 22, and will be 22 years old for the entirety of his second and final senior season.
