The Wisconsin football program is after one of the nation’s best players in the class of 2023.
He is OLB Drayk Bowen, a 247Sports five-star and the best outside linebacker in the class.
I’m Blessed to receive an offer from the University of Wisconsin! Thank you! @CoachAprilUW @BadgerFootball @SWiltfong247 @DemetricDWarren @adamgorney @RivalsFriedman @ChadSimmons_ @HamiltonESPN @AllenTrieu @JoshHelmholdt @TomLuginbill @gridironjrj @Rivalsfbcamps pic.twitter.com/VIpNIeD59Y

247Sports lists Bowen as 2023’s No. 29 overall recruit, again the No. 1 outside linebacker and the No. 1 player from his home state of Indiana.
Although there are four crystal ball predictions that see him choosing in-state Notre Dame, Wisconsin joins an offer sheet where they could have some traction.
Other notable programs to offer the star OLB thus far include Notre Dame, Indiana, LSU, Michigan, Michigan State, Ole Miss, Oregon, Purdue, Tennessee and Texas.
