For the second time this offseason, a Wisconsin basketball transfer is headed to the Missouri Valley Conference. Wisconsin center Joe Hedstrom is headed to Valparaiso to join former Badger teammate Trevor Anderson. Jeff Goodman of Stadium reported the news on Twitter earlier today:

Hedstrom was a class of 2018 Wisconsin signee who barely found time on the floor over the past few seasons. A fresh start for him at the MVC level likely means a significant uptick in his role and playing time, while joining his former Wisconsin point guard.
