The Badgers have added what could be the first of a few transfers for next season. Wisconsin went west to bring a Wisconsin native back to the midwest.
The Badgers are bringing in Isaac Lindsey as a preferred walk-on. Lindsey began his collegiate career at UNLV, but is from the Mineral Point area. Lindsey announced the news last night via Twitter:
I am excited to be coming home! After a great conversation with Coach Gard this morning, I have accepted a PWO to the University of Wisconsin! #OnWisconsin 🔴⚪️ pic.twitter.com/iurOQicv2s

The 6-foot-4 guard missed his entire freshman year at UNLV with a hip injury, and comes into Wisconsin with all four years of eligibility. There were a number of mid-major suitors for the former Rebel, but coming home to play for the Badgers was the choice.
