Will Levis leads Titans to Week 8 win over Falcons: Everything we know

Titans QB Will Levis was sensational in his NFL debut, leading his team to a 28-23 win over the Falcons in Week 8..

The Tennessee Titans snapped their two-game losing streak following the bye week with a 28-23 victory over the Atlanta Falcons in Week 8. The Titans are now 6-0 after bye weeks under head coach Mike Vrabel.

But the biggest thing to come from Tennessee’s third win of the season was the performance of quarterback Will Levis, who was absolutely sensational in his NFL debut.

Levis looked like anything but a rookie in his first game, completing 19-of-29 passes for 238 yards and four touchdowns, including three scores of 30-plus yards. Levis didn’t turn the ball over, either.

Not even the most optimistic Titans fans could have envisioned how good Levis looked.

The Falcons didn’t go quietly, though, with Taylor Heinicke providing a big spark for the Falcons in the second half after relieving Desmond Ridder. But the Falcons failed to capitalize on a potential game-winning drive late, which sealed the victory for Tennessee.

We’ll dive deeper into Levis’ showing in the instant analysis section below, along with everything else we know from Tennessee’s Week 8 win over the Falcons.
