Will Kevin Stefanski get a fourth season or will the ax fall?

After a disappointing season will the team run it back in 2023?

The Cleveland Browns finished the season with a loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers 28-14 to finish the season 7-10. Throughout the later parts of the season, reports have said that both head coach Kevin Stefanski and general manager Andrew Berry would receive a fourth season. But after a bad loss where the team continued to look disorganized will Jimmy Haslam drop the ax on the head coach and general manager?

Reports this week stated that both would speak to the media Monday afternoon but some may question if those press conferences take place. The team dealt with injuries and a suspension for their quarterback but at times seemed woefully unprepared and uninspired. Stefanski and Berry will need to convince owner Jimmy Haslam that they can turn this around.

The Browns have enjoyed the most wins they have had from a head coach under Stefanski and that shouldn’t be undersold. Deshaun Watson also said the coach had a part in his decision to come to the Browns. Rather they stay or not some major changes need to occur for the team to make a serious run in 2023.
