Wide receiver Tar’varish Dawson enters transfer portal

He appeared in four games last season and caught two passes for 30 yards.

Auburn Tigers wide receiver [autotag]Tar’Varish Dawson[/autotag] has decided to enter his name into the transfer portal according to On3‘s Matt Zeintz.

It is Dawson’s second time in the transfer portal, he originally entered it in October before deciding to stay at Auburn. He totaled 30 receiving yards and 10 rushing yards during his two seasons with the program.

The Lehigh Acres, Florida native was a four-star recruit and the No. 22 athlete and No. 54 player in the state of Florida according to the 247 Sports Composite ranking.

Dawson also played cornerback for Lehigh Senior High School. He held offers from programs such as Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Miami, and Texas A&M.

Dawson joins defensive lineman [autotag]Jeffery M’ba[/autotag] as the second Auburn player to enter the portal during its second opening.
