WR Denzel Mims | Baylor
It was actually Ohio State’s KJ Hill who was named to Draft Wire’s All-Senior Bowl team. Denzel Mims was the runner-up. But Mims is the much more intriguing prospect for the Bills.
Hill played a lot of slot receiver at Ohio State and he’s not going to so reps over Cole Beasley in a scenario with the Bills. On the other hand, Mims is a 6-foot-4 target who played on the outside during his career, recording 12 touchdowns as a senior. Mimis did only have one catch for 13 yards in the Senior Bowl, though. His stock went up mostly due to his week of practices, such as this catch he made:

TE Stephen Sullivan | LSU
While the LSU Tigers had a massive season, Stephen Sullivan did not. He only caught one pass over their final eight game en route to a national title. However, like Mims, Sullivan impressed, in particular during practices. He got some big-time praise from Draft Wire for that:
While the rest of his pass-catching teammates stole the headlines for the national champs during the season, it was Sullivan making a name for himself in Mobile. He created matchup problems all week long, and his combination of size, length and athleticism should be intriguing to NFL decision-makers. Sullivan made himself as much money this week as anyone.
Heading into the Senior Bowl, Pro Football Focus even dubbed the late addition to the game as a potential undrafted rookie. But the Bills took a flier on Dawson Knox, who didn’t score a touchdown in his college career. Could they do so again to create a 1-2 punch at tight end?
