The first rankings have been released for the College Football Playoffs. The season is uneven, to say the least as some schools have played close to a full schedule while others have played a handful of games or less.
The top team was no surprise, Alabama. Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide are 7-0 heading into Saturday’s Iron Bowl against Auburn.

BYU turned up in the 14th spot despite being 9-0, one slot ahead of Oregon, which is 3-0.
