Who are LSU’s offensive and defensive players of the week following blowout loss to Auburn?

LSU may have suffered a 48-11 loss to Auburn last week, but the Tigers saw solid production from a few playmakers on both sides of the ball.

Defense: LB Micah Baskerville

Baskerville totaled 10 tackles, one tackle for loss and a quarterback hurry against Auburn.

The linebacker has been overshadowed by graduate transfer Jabril Cox so far, but showed that he deserves somewhat of a role in the middle of the defense.

For the season, the junior has 21 total tackles, and more than half of those came last weekend.
