The regular season in the NFL has officially come to an end, and the playoffs are set to begin.

While we can look forward to one of the more entertaining postseasons in all of sports over the next month, it also gives us a chance to see what the first half of the NFL draft will look like, and try to piece together who will go where in 2022. The first 15 spots in the draft are now set, and we know which teams will hold those picks, should they not trade it away.

For Oregon Duck fans, this gives us an opportunity to see which professional team DE Kayvon Thibodeaux could potentially be playing for. Throughout the year, he was considered the likely No. 1 draft pick off the board. Though he might have been passed up by Michigan Wolverines DE Aidan Hutchinson over the past month, it still feels like a safe bet that Thibodeaux will hear his name called within the first 5 picks. Here are the teams who are most likely to draft him:

For the second-straight year, the Jaguars have the No. 1 overall pick in the draft. That feels like it’s the only thing going right for the franchise, who are in yet another coaching search after the firing of Urban Meyer.

Last year, the Jags used their No. 1 overall pick on the undisputed choice — former Clemson Tigers QB Trevor Lawrence. This time around, the top choice might not be so clear and obvious. Over the past month or so, it feels like Michigan’s Hutchinson overtook the consensus top spot after becoming a Heisman Trophy finalist, so it might make sense that they take him over Thibodeaux. However, Kayvon is still among the best players available, and nobody could fault them for drafting him with the top pick.
