The 2021 NFL draft will still have a virtual element, but the in-person event is back this year, and will take place in Cleveland.
The NFL announced the list of 13 top prospects who will be attending the event, headlined by top quarterback prospects like BYU’s Zach Wilson and North Dakota State’s Trey Lance, as well as other big names like Florida tight end Kyle Pitts, LSU wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase, and Alabama’s pass-catching tandem of Heisman Trophy winner DeVonta Smith and Jaylen Waddle.
Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence, the assumed No. 1 overall pick, will not be attending.
The league doesn’t typically invite players who are unlikely to come off the board in the first round, so it’s probably a good idea to make sure those 13 names are in your next mock draft.
