After the Tennessee Titans dropped their Week 3 game to the Cleveland Browns, it’s time to take a look at where they sit in the AFC South standings going into Week 4.
Ironically, despite being the popular preseason pick to be one of the worst teams in the AFC South, the Indianapolis Colts have found a way to be the only team in the division to win two consecutive games this season by beating the Baltimore Ravens in overtime on Sunday, 22-19.
Houston won its first game of the year in Week 4 by beating the Jacksonville Jaguars in emphatic fashion, 37-17. Following an entire offseason of Trevor Lawrence hype, it was rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud who stole the show.
Jacksonville has now lost consecutive games after winning its season-opener against Indy.
The Titans unfortunately dropped their second game in three weeks, with their two losses the result of lifeless performances by the offense. This was a disappointing outcome after what was an awesome showing the week prior.
Tennessee is now set to face a hungry Cincinnati Bengals team that is trying to save its own season in what should be a dogfight between two desperate franchises.
As for the rest of the AFC South, there’s one clear team atop the division, while the rest of the teams are in a three-way tie for second place.
Although 75 percent of the division has the same 1-2 record, the teams are separated based on tie-breaking scenarios. Here’s a look at how things shake out after Week 3.
