The latest edition of the US LBM Coaches Poll was released earlier this week. While the Nebraska Cornhuskers were not listed in the rankings, they do have two opponents on their 2023 schedule who cracked the rankings.
Nebraska’s Sept. 30 opponent, Michigan, is currently ranked No. 2 in the country. The Cornhuskers. Nov. 24 opponent, Iowa, is currently ranked No. 22 in the country.
The Huskers also have a Nov. 11 opponent, Maryland, currently receiving votes. Georgia is ranked No. 1 overall with the Bulldogs receiving 62 of the 64 first-place votes. Michigan and Ohio State each received one first-place votes.
