Where Michigan basketball ranks in latest Ferris Mowers Coaches Poll

Despite having not played a game in over two weeks, Michigan basketball moved up in the latest Ferris Mowers Coaches Poll.

Despite not having played a game since Jan. 22, Michigan basketball is moving up in the eyes of the coaches around the country.

In the latest Ferris Mowers Coaches Poll, powered by USA TODAY Sports, the Wolverines moved up one spot to No. 3, sitting still with one loss, after Villanova managed to lose this previous week.

While the Wolverines won’t be facing No. 6 Illinois this week as scheduled, they still have some tough matchups coming up. Ohio State moved up four spots to No. 5, they’ll return to action at No. 21 Wisconsin and still have a big matchup near the end of the regular season against No. 16 Iowa. The last time the maize and blue played, they beat No. 25 Purdue.
