Texas A&M is playing a tough non-conference and keeps coming out on top with an 8-2 record, riding a 4-game winning streak.
After finishing fifth in the Players Era Festival Tournament and securing two more Quad 1/2 wins, they added two more quality victories.
The Aggies defeated Wake Forest 57-54 for a Quad 3/4 win and secured a hard-fought victory against Texas Tech for a Quad 1 win. Texas A&M will only improve, and if they elevate their shooting percentage above 42%, the sky’s the limit for this team.
Kansas fell out of the No. 1 spot after losing to Missouri, while No. 10. Clemson made the most significant jump, going up 29 places from unranked to No. 16. The Aggies’ 2-0 week also gave them a bounce, moving up six spots to No. 18 in the rankings.
