The Ohio State basketball team can’t seem to find its winning ways these days. After owning the Big Ten in January and most of February, the Buckeyes find themselves losers of four in a row. Not exactly the way you want to head into post-season play.

It’s not like the Bucks are losing to bottom dwellers. Three of those four losses have come at the hands of top-ten opponents. However, in all but one of the four, Ohio State had a lead late in the game, but couldn’t finish the job.

Because of the high level of opposition the Buckeyes have faced, they will remain in the top ten of the Ferris Mowers Coaches Poll powered by USA TODAY Sports staying at No. 10 in the nation.

The Big Ten tournament begins on Wednesday. Because of Ohio State’s poor finish to the season, they will be the No. 5 seed and will play the winner of Minnesota and Northwestern, both of which have beaten the Buckeyes earlier in the season.

The final coaches’ top 10 before postseason play begins is Gonzaga (1), Baylor (2), Illinois (3), Michigan (4), Alabama  (5), Iowa (6), Houston (7), Arkansas (8), West Virginia (9) and Ohio State (10).

Here’s how the rest of the coach’s top 25 stacks up.
