Where Chargers rank in 2022 strength of schedule

Find out how difficult the Los Angeles Chargers’ schedule will be in 2022.

The Chargers have brought in a few key players, highlighted by Khalil Mack and J.C. Jackson, to help make a strong push during the 2022 season.

The firepower will be much-needed for Los Angeles, as they’re set to have the 11th-hardest schedule in the NFL, according to Sharp Football Analysis, which uses Vegas’ projected win totals to create strength of schedule.

Not only will the Bolts have to face their rivals of the AFC West, which is arguably the most stacked division in football, on two occasions, they will also play other notable teams, like the reigning Super Bowl champs, Rams.

At the moment, the Chargers can make a run with what they have, especially with Justin Herbert at the helms. However, the draft will be a great outlet to solidify their roster, with ten picks at their disposal.

Here’s how the rest of the AFC West stacks up:

  • Broncos (15th-hardest)
  • Raiders (5th-hardest)
  • Chiefs (Hardest schedule in the NFL)
