No. 19 Oklahoma is playing its best ball of the season coming off of a third straight win last weekend over Texas Tech to put them at 4-2 on the year and 3-2 in Big 12 play.
Thanks to some other results around the conference, the Sooners have been thrust right back into the Big 12 title picture going into the home stretch of the season. A sixth consecutive league crown is within reach if they continue to perform and receive a bit more help elsewhere.
This afternoon, they’ll do battle with Kansas. The Jayhawks are having yet another rough year, still searching for their first win of the season at 0-6.
Not only are they winless, they haven’t even kept a game within 14 points this year. Needless to say, it’s been tough sledding for Les Miles in year two.
Kansas hasn’t beaten Oklahoma since 1997, and it would be an absolute stunner if they did today. For this year’s matchup, here is everything you need to know:
