ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Michigan is set to take on Penn State to open up Big Ten Conference play on Sunday, but it will be doing so without its starting center Austin Davis, who is out indefinitely.
Wolverines head coach Juwan Howard met with the media on Friday afternoon to discuss the matchup, and shared the news about Davis, as well as how that impacts the team moving forward. Of course, that means true freshman center Hunter Dickinson will enter the starting lineup, so Howard also spoke at length about his readiness to come in and make a starter’s impact.
Here’s everything Howard had to say in his Friday afternoon press conference previewing Penn State.
