The North Carolina Tar Heels went to Boston College and got a big win over the Eagles on Saturday afternoon. It was another tough, hard-fought game on the road that came down to a second-half push by the Tar Heels.
But in the end, UNC finds themselves as a winner again moving to 15-3 overall and 7-0 in ACC play.
The Tar Heels did it with a big effort by their rotation as a few different guys made plays near the end to help them hold the lead. They also locked down on the defensive side of the floor, limiting Boston College on that end.
With the win, UNC maintains first place in the Atlantic Coast Conference going into a big game against Wake Forest at home on Monday.
