The Boston Celtics are considering adding free agent forward Louis King to their roster. King recently worked out for the Celtics and is being considered for a potential signing to play for the team in 2023-24. He has played for the Philadelphia 76ers in the past as a two way player, appearing in both the NBA and the G League.
King, 24 years old and standing at 6-foot-7, has shown promise as a versatile swingman who looks capable of contributing deep rotation minutes with the potential to grow into a bigger role longer-term. The Celtics are evaluating his potential fit in the team and whether he is the best option of the bevy of forwards that Boston has been working out.
The hosts of the CLNS Media “How Bout Them Celtics!” podcast took a close look at King’s game to see what they think of his potential fit in Boston.
