What an all-Wisconsin Badger NFL offensive starting lineup would look like

The rosters of all 32 NFL teams are starting to round into form as we await the return of football to our day-to-day lives. There aren’t…

Wide receivers: Quintez Cephus and Alex Erickson

NFL: Cincinnati Bengals at Cleveland Browns

Alex Erickson is the only tenured Wisconsin product at wide receiver currently in the NFL, with Quintez Cephus set to join him as a rookie this season.

Erickson has carved out a nice career for himself in Cincinnati after going undrafted during the 2016 NFL Draft process, finishing 2019 with 16 games played, six starts, 43 catches and 529 yards to along with his regular role as a kick and punt returner.

This wouldn’t be the best wide receiving core for Wilson to throw to but that usually doesn’t matter for the Seattle quarterback, as he puts up ridiculous numbers often without a true No. 1 option at wide receiver.

The team would most likely employ Jared Abbrederis to fill the No. 3 role in the receiving corps or split out James White often and in essence use him as a wide receiver.

Next up is Wilson’s target and blocking help at tight end.
